Mindfulness Course - Starting March 22nd

We all know how good meditation is for us but we can struggle with applying ourselves to the practice. PremKranti will introduce you to mindfulness meditation and support you to develop your personal practice in this quality course.

Learn simple mindfulness meditation techniques for more balance and ease in your daily life. Discover and adopt  attitudes towards practice that support a positive experience of meditation. Each class includes a guided meditation practice, discussion and content of a new  topic each week. 

The course fee includes a folder with resources for each week and topic, weekly worksheets, MP3 practice recordings and a mid weekly email with great resources, links and support
