By becoming aware of your own conditioned and habitual ways of thinking, you have the freedom to change and ease suffering.
Understand the way your brain is constantly changing and the effect of mindfulness on your brain, your nervous system and endocrine system.
Practice techniques that cultivate greater awareness, inner peace and freedom.
Connect with others in a supportive and compassionate space.
This two hour workshop is for beginners and experienced meditators alike. It will include some pranayama breathing techniques, practices that are so simple and very potent ways to switch on the relaxation response in your nervous system.
During the workshop you will be guided in mindfulness meditation practices and there will be time for your questions to be answered.
