This one day workshop/retreat includes asana, breath work, deep relaxation, discussion time and a succulent afternoon tea to nourish body and soul. Treat yourself. A lunch break is included. Lunch is not provided.

With 35 years of experience as a yoga practitioner & teacher and peri-natal yoga educator/doula you’ll be in safe hands to be guided through a range of beneficial yoga practices suitable for pregnancy.
